This website collects one thing — your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter yourself. We use it solely to send news from the restaurant, on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We keep it until you withdraw that consent.

You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, or withdraw consent — just write to galeriecafe@holflor.cz. Complaints can be addressed to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7.

Table reservations do not happen on this website but in Guestplan, which processes them under its own terms. Its booking window loads from their servers, so your IP address reaches them.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies and do not track you. We store only a technical note of your chosen language, without which the site would not work correctly.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; the newsletter list is stored with Supabase Inc.
